Terms & Conditions
1. Service Agreement
By using Sehfabu Auto Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We provide professional chassis alignment, engine tuning, and brake services at our facility located at 161 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Service Scope
Services are performed by qualified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe or if requested work exceeds our capabilities. All work is performed at customer's risk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted before work begins. Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Warranty claims must be reported within 14 days of service completion.
4. Liability & Warranty
- We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from service date
- We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or manufacturer defects
- Customer assumes liability for personal items left in vehicles
5. Data Protection (GDPR Compliant)
We collect contact and vehicle information only for service purposes. Data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without consent. You may request data deletion by contacting contact@sehfabu.autos.
6. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before appointment. Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sehfabu's liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes & Termination
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
